Fancy a sweet treat without the guilt?

Get yourself;
Baking tray
Spoon
Greek yoghurt
Fresh raspberries
Fresh Blueberries (or fruit of your choice)
Pistachio Nuts (or nuts of your choice)
Dark chocolate pieces
Honey
- spread your yoghurt on your baking tray
- Chop your fruit into small pieces
- Chop your nuts into crumbs and small pieces
- Sprinkle your fruit and nuts evenly throughout the yoghurt
- Add your dark chocolate pieces
- Drizzle with honey
- Freeze overnight
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
It’s literally that simple! And they taste incredible.
You can also add lime or lemon to your yoghurt for extra zing if you wish.
I find this amazing to curb the need for the giant bar of galaxy or the packet of crisps. With Easter coming I wanted a healthier alternative to the giant kinder egg I usually enjoy.
