So how are you all?

I hope the motivation is continuing since my last blog post.

I won’t lie Easter ruined me! I tried hard I went to spin classes every day over Easter sometimes twice, but I don’t think spin is for me. I gained weight! I only ate chocolate to syn value and overindulgence only on one day hoping that those hours of graft at spin would at least maintain but no! It didn’t. 2lb gain!

Demotivated after working hard at it! No time to dwell so back to running and I said goodbye to that 2lb within a week of getting back into my runs and sprints. It sounds super cocky but spin is just not enough for me to loose weight. I have super strong legs and my body just seems to prefer running (although my knees don’t agree).

I’m going away with work soon, so will have almost two weeks away from home and without a set menu, which is already stressing me out.

You can try and be as good as you like but it’s so hard when you work away and when your sat in airports and in an all inclusive holiday resort. But I am going to be on my best behaviour, and the gym kit will be coming with me. After all the hotel has a spa pool, and a gym so NO excuses there.

Progression so far….

I am only 4lb away from my 2st final target. So I am going to try and keep hard at it, and as long as I can hit that target in the next 8-10 weeks I’ll be over the moon.

I’ve already been planning on my work diary when I will be able to make it to the gym, or for a quick run….without absolutely exhausting myself. It’s just the food choices I need to be savvy with. If only chefs would cook in my fry light or dry fry food and give me a side plate and not a full size one!

Motivation motivation motivation!….4lb to target and end goal weight!
